For in-person appointments

If you have inquiries about accounts, financial aid, enrolment or admissions, you can visit us for drop-in support. Students will be seen on a first-come, first-served basis. You will need to sign-in using QLess to get in line for an appointment.

QLess app

1. Download the app on your smartphone from or the .
2. Open the app and search for Office of the University Registrar (OUR) at ���ϸ�����.
3. Choose the queue called Office of the University Registrar (OUR) - In-Person Service, Student Support and Advising.
4. Enter your phone number where a SMS text message can be received.
5. Once you are in the queue, you will receive an SMS text confirmation advising you to see one of our service desks. Completion of the  is required.
