A: T/T 30% as deposit and 70% before delivery (we share photos of products and packages before balance payment), or L/C at sight is also acceptable.
Q: What are your delivery terms and lead time?
A: Incoterms: EXW, FOB, CFR, CIF. Standard lead time is 15–30 days after receiving the advance payment, depending on order quantity and customization. Stock units can ship faster.
Q: What is the warranty policy?
A: A 12-month warranty applies from the delivery date. Free replacement parts are supplied within the warranty period. For major issues, we can dispatch an engineer to your site and provide remote/telephone support anytime.
Q: Do you test every machine before delivery?
A: Yes - 100% of machines are tested before delivery. Working videos of the factory and the loader in operation are available on request.
Q: Can you provide customized or OEM/ODM products?
A: Yes. We offer OEM and ODM services and produce many non-standard configurations. Bucket capacity, lifting height, machine size, engine and transmission selection, and custom paint colors can all be tailored to your requirements.
