Main reason:
(1) The oil level is too low.
(2) Line and electrical failure
(3) Blockage of oil filter element
(4) Diagnosis process of oil circuit failure:
The first step: check whether the oil level is at the specified position, if not, then find out the reason and add it to the specified position.
Step 2: Remove the sensor and connect the pressure gauge to see if the oil pressure is within the specified range. If it is within the range, go to the third step, if not, go to the fourth step.
Step 3: Use a multimeter to check whether the sensor is powered. If there is power, it means that the sensor is faulty or the sensor oil hole is blocked. (Or use a multimeter to directly measure the resistance of the sensor when the power is off. If it is small, it means that the sensor is burned out and needs to be replaced). If there is no power, it means that the line is broken, and then detect which section of the line is broken in sections; if the line and the sensor are normal, then the display is faulty, then repair or replace it.
The fourth step: first check whether the oil filter element is abnormal, and replace the oil filter element if necessary.
The fifth step: check the oil filter and oil passage for blockage again, and clean up if the blockage is found.
The sixth step: whether the oil pump and its overflow valve work normally, if it is not normal, it needs to be repaired or replaced by the excavator.
