The elastic force of the guide steel wire shall be able to twist the upper and lower shaft sleeves by a small angle towards the rotation direction of the driven gear at the same time, so that the two shaft sleeve processing planes of the driving gear and the driven gear fit closely; The unloading groove on the shaft sleeve must be installed at the side of the low-pressure cavity to eliminate the harmful dead volume caused by gear meshing; Before pressing the self tightening oil seal, apply a layer of lubricating oil on its surface, and pay attention to the oil blocking edge facing the front cover, and do not install it upside down; Before installing the pump cover, pour a small amount of hydraulic oil into the pump housing and rotate the meshing gear by hand

Fault cause: (13) there is no paper pad on both sides of the pump body and the pump cover; The pump body and pump cover are not sealed vertically:
Troubleshooting: inhale air during rotation: add a paper pad between the pump body and the pump cover; The pump body shall be ground on the flat plate with carborundum to ensure that the perpendicularity error between the pump body and the pump cover does not exceed 0.005mm. The connection between the pump body and the pump cover shall be fastened without leakage.
Fault cause: (14) the driving shaft of the pump is not concentric with the motor coupling, and there is twisted friction:
