① Use tools to pry off the four corners of the locking plate.
Do not reuse the locking tab. Loosen the hex bolt, and then remove the lock plate and lock plate from the pinion.
Remove the pinion gear and spacer from the drive shaft, as shown in Figure 3-97.
Loosen the hexagon bolts and remove the cover plate from the shell
②Remove the oil dipstick and oil dipstick fixing tube from the casing of the rotary motor, as shown in Figure 3-98. Check the lubricating ability of the oil by pouring the oil of the reduction gear into a clean container.
③ Loosen the socket bolt to separate the rotary motor from the reduction gear, as shown in Figure 3-99.
④Tighten the three M16 eye bolts to the ring gear, and then hang the ring gear from the shell, as shown in Figure 3-100
⑤ Remove the stop ring, and then remove the sun gear 1, as shown in Figure 3-101
⑥ Install two M10 eye bolts on bracket 1, and then lift and remove the bracket, as shown in Figure 3-102.
⑦As shown in Figure 3-103, remove the bracket 1 assembly.
Remove the stop ring b. Remove the side plate 2, planet gear 1, needle box, side plate 1 and side plate 3 from the bracket.
C. Use the M8 bit to pry off the spring pin so that pin 1 can be removed with a hammer.
D. Remove the side panel 3 from the bracket 1.
The spring pin should be reused. Do not remove the pin 1, bracket 1 and spring pin unless it is replaced. Make a mark between the planet gear 1 and the pin for reinstallation.
⑧ Remove the sun gear 2 and thrust gear, as shown in Figure 3-104
⑨ Remove the bracket 2 from the shell, as shown in Figure 3-105.
⑩ Remove the bracket 2 components:
A. Using M8 bit, pry off the spring pin to remove the pin 2
b. Remove the pin 2, planet gear 2 and bushing from the carrier 2. Make matching marks between the planet gear 2 and the pin 2 for reinstallation, as shown in Figure 3-106.
Do not remove the pin 2, bracket 2 and spring pin unless it needs to be replaced.
①Remove the thrust bearing and stop ring from the drive shaft, as shown in Figure 3-107
②Remove the drive shaft with roller bearing and oil seal assembly. Remove the positioning pin from the shell, as shown in Figure 3-108.
①3 Remove the rolling bearing and oil seal from the drive shaft, as shown in Figure 3-109. Do not reuse after the oil seal is removed
④ Use the bearing removal tool to remove the rolling bearing, as shown in Figure 3-110.
