1 excavator radiator inspection
When the engine is stopped and the radiator is cooled to the non hot hand, the radiator cover can be loosened carefully. First release the cooling system pressure and then remove the radiator cover. Check the seal and sealing surface of the radiator cover without sediment. If there is, clean it.
2. Install radiator cover on pressurized pump and apply pressure.
When the pressure valve of the radiator lid is opened, the indicator value on the table is observed. The value is consistent with the opening pressure marked on the cover of the radiator, otherwise, the radiator cover is damaged.
If the cover of the radiator is damaged, it will be replaced.

Leakage detection of 2 radiator and cooling system
(1) after the engine is stopped and the radiator is cooled to not hot, the radiator lid can be released carefully. The pressure of the cooling system is released first, and the radiator cover is removed.
Ensure that the coolant level is higher than the top of the radiator core.
(3) install the pressure pump on the radiator and apply pressure to the cooling system. The pressure value is higher than the pressure value on the radiator cover, 20kPa.
Check whether the radiator is leaking.
Check the leakage of all hose and joint.
After 5min, the reading of the meter remains unchanged, otherwise, the internal leakage of the cooling system is explained.
Test of water temperature meter for 3 national machine heavy work ZG3065-9B excavator
1. Test the water temperature gauge, unscrew the plug on the orifice and insert the digital thermometer at the opening.
2. Start the engine until the temperature of the engine reaches the temperature required by the thermometer. If necessary, cover a part of the radiator to increase the temperature. The indicator value of the water thermometer should be consistent with the readings of the test thermometer.
4 section thermostat detection
(1) remove the thermostat.
(2) heat the water in the beaker to 97 degrees.
(3) hang the thermostat in a beaker filled with water to maintain 10min.
4. The thermostat should be opened to check the minimum distance of the orifice of the thermostat. If the value is less than the specified value, the thermostat should be replaced.
5 pump test
(1) pump test, test port 1, 2: pump outlet pressure, test port 3: inlet pressure.
(2) engine full load operation, test the inlet and outlet pressure of the pump, the pressure should be higher than 80kPa, otherwise, the performance of the pump will be reduced.
