The sliding plate is clamped by the piston to form a spherical joint, which can reduce the thrust generated by the load pressure, and the sliding plate has a concave part, which can achieve hydraulic balance, so that the sliding plate slides upwards gently, the sub-component of the piston sliding plate The pressure plate and the spherical bushing are clamped by the sliding plate under the action of the cylinder spring, so that the sliding plate can slide smoothly. The cylinder is also clamped by the valve plate under the action of the cylinder spring.


  The inclined plate assembly is composed of inclined plate, sliding plate, inclined plate support table, inclined bushing, inclined pin and servo piston. The swash plate is supported by the swash plate support table of the cylindrical part formed in the opposite direction of the sliding surface of the sliding plate. The pressure regulating valve controls the hydraulic pressure to be guided to the hydraulic chambers on both sides of the servo piston. The servo piston moves left and right. The swash plate slides on the swash plate support table through the ball of the tilt pin, thereby changing the inclination angle (a).


  The valve block assembly is composed of a valve block, a valve plate and a valve plate pin. The valve plate is installed on the valve block and has two claw-shaped oil ports, which are used to supply and recover hydraulic oil to the cylinder block. The hydraulic oil switched by the valve plate is connected to the external pipe through the valve block.


  In this way, after the drive shaft is driven by the prime mover (motor, engine, etc.), it is connected by splines, and the cylinder block is also rotated at the same time. Therefore, by observing the movement of a piston, it can be seen that in the process of the cylinder running once, the piston moves away from the valve plate (stroke of suction hydraulic oil) by 180°, and the remaining 180° of stroke moves toward the direction of the valve plate (discharge hydraulic oil). Oil stroke). When the tilt angle of the swash plate is 0°, the piston has no stroke movement and no hydraulic oil is discharged.
