Precautions for replacement of cylinder gasket of diesel engine:
1. After the new or repaired diesel engine has been tested and operated for 240-250 hours, the cylinder head bolts shall be tightened in time; The cylinder head bolts must be tightened in three times according to the specified sequence, which shall not be too large or too small, and the torque of all cylinder head bolts shall be consistent. Common excavator structures include power unit, working device, slewing mechanism, control mechanism, transmission mechanism, walking mechanism and auxiliary facilities.
2. Ensure that the upper plane of the cylinder liner shoulder is higher than the specified distance of the plane of the engine block. If the upper plane of the cylinder liner shoulder is too higher than the plane of the engine block, grind the contact surface between the lower plane of the cylinder liner shoulder and the engine block. If necessary, slightly cut the lower plane of the cylinder liner shoulder, but pay attention to the fillet. If the upper plane of the cylinder liner shoulder is too small higher than the plane of the engine block or lower than the plane of the engine block, it can be solved by padding a copper sheet at the matching place between the lower plane of the cylinder liner shoulder and the engine block.
3. Replace the bolts (composed of head and screw) and nuts that are broken or buckled in time. After the enlarged cylinder head bolts are screwed into the machine body, the plane of the machine body shall not be convex. After the standard bolt u is screwed into the machine body, the non perpendicularity with the plane of the machine body shall not be greater than 1mm.
4. When selecting cylinder gasket, the size of cylinder gasket shall be appropriate; Asbestos filler is uniform; The copper sheet around the cylinder hole and the water jacket hole is pressed tightly without damage such as stretching and falling. Care shall be taken not to damage the old cylinder gasket during disassembly. During installation, patrol inspection shall be carried out carefully. Any defect shall be repaired. If it cannot be repaired, it must be replaced.
5. During repair and installation, strict inspection shall be carried out to ensure that the plane unevenness of the machine body is within the specified range. The pits and pits around the water jacket hole shall be padded with copper sheet as much as possible; In order to prevent the cylinder gasket from burning at the three water jacket holes on the right side of the engine block, the three small round holes on the cylinder pad can be cut and connected to make them the same shape as the water jacket holes on the cylinder head, and then they can be wrapped with copper sheet and pressed or welded. In this way, the water flow resistance is reduced, and the impact and soaking of cooling water are prevented, and the cylinder gasket is damaged.
6. The temperature of the diesel engine shall be ensured during operation and shall not be too high. If the temperature of the diesel engine is too high due to poor heat dissipation, late fuel supply and other reasons, it shall be stopped immediately to ensure that the diesel engine operates at normal temperature. The diesel engine shall not be overloaded for a long time.
