1. Tyres shall be stored in the warehouse, which shall be kept dry and ventilated to avoid exposure.
2. Tyres should be kept away from heat sources, power generation equipment and places where ozone is produced. It shall not be mixed with oil, inflammable substances and chemical corrosives.
3. The outer tire or complete set of tires shall be placed vertically, and it is strictly prohibited to put them flat, stack and hang them through the heart. Large tires can only be placed vertically in one layer, and medium and small tires can be placed vertically in two layers. Turn it every two months.
4. If the inner tube needs to be stored separately, it should be filled with an appropriate amount of air. When hanging on a semicircular wooden frame, the fulcrum shall be rotated regularly, and shall not be folded, placed horizontally or stacked.
5. The storage of tires shall be provided with inventory cards, recording the tire type, specification, level, brand, production and warehousing time, and shall be stored in batches according to the production and warehousing time, first in first out and used in sequence.
6. When transporting tires, they shall not be mixed with oils, combustibles, chemical corrosives, etc., and shall be covered with tarpaulins to avoid sunlight or rain. Long distance transportation must be set up and placed. When the inner tube cannot be packed separately, it needs to be in the outer tube and inflated appropriately.
7. Handling of tubeless tires (1) for tires in packaging state, the bead protection belt and steel belt shall not be folded during handling. (2) The unloaded tires shall be kept in a vertical position during storage and transportation, and shall not be stored horizontally. (3) Do not directly lift the tire with rope, hook or fork, but use wide fiber belt. (4) When using a forklift to handle the tire, do not insert the fork into the center hole of the bead and lift it. Use the fork to lift it from the side of the tire.
