Seven Troubleshooting Methods Of Forklift Gear Solenoid Valve

1. The fork of the forklift gear solenoid valve is loose or the thread is off, and the solenoid valve cannot be energized. The method of elimination is to tighten the thread.

2. The solenoid valve coil of the forklift gear is burnt out. After the power is turned on, the solenoid valve does not produce oil. The coil appearance is abnormal. The wiring of the solenoid valve can be removed and measured with a multimeter. If the circuit is open, the solenoid coil is burnt out. The reason is that the coil is damp, causing poor insulation and magnetic leakage, causing the current in the coil to be too large and burning, so it is necessary to prevent rain from entering the solenoid valve. In addition, the spring is too hard, the reaction force is too large, the number of coil turns is too small, and the suction force is not enough, which can also cause the coil to burn out. During emergency treatment, the manual button on the coil can be switched from the "0" position to the "1" position during normal operation to make the valve open. Or directly replace the new solenoid valve.

3. The solenoid valve of the forklift gear is stuck. The matching clearance between the spool sleeve and the spool of the solenoid valve is very small (less than 0.008mm), and it is generally assembled in one piece. When mechanical impurities are introduced or the lubricant is too little, it is easy to get stuck. The treatment method can use steel wire to poke through the small hole in the head to make it rebound. The fundamental solution is to remove the solenoid valve, take out the valve core and valve core sleeve, and clean it with CCI4, so that the valve core moves flexibly in the valve sleeve. When disassembling, please pay attention to the assembly sequence and external wiring position of each part, so as to reassemble and connect correctly, and also check whether the spray hole of the lubricator is blocked and whether the lubricating oil is enough.

4. The solenoid valve of the forklift gear leaks. External leakage: The cause of external leakage may be loose screws or damaged valves. The remedy is to tighten the screw or replace the leaking element. Internal leakage: The solenoid valve can not be closed after cutting off the power supply. After the preset quantity reached, it is observed that there is still flow when the oil gun is turned on. The reason is that the diaphragm is damaged or there is foreign matter in the valve to prevent the main valve from closing. The remedy is to replace the diaphragm or clean the valve. Air leakage will cause insufficient air pressure, making it difficult to open and close the forced valve. The reason is that the sealing gasket is damaged or the slide valve is worn, which causes several cavities to blow through. When dealing with the failure of the solenoid valve of the switching system, the appropriate timing should be selected, and the solenoid valve should be processed when it is powered off. If the processing is not completed within a switching gap, the switch can be switched.

Change the system to pause and handle it calmly.

Fifth, the solenoid valve of the forklift gear moves slowly: the response is slow after the power is turned on, and the requirements cannot be met. The reason is that there is a foreign body at the valve or pilot valve, making it inflexible. The exclusion method is to clean the valve or pilot valve.

Sixth, the solenoid valve of the forklift gear has no small valve effect: no small flow is reflected when the fuel is preset. The reason is that the large and small flow coils are connected reversely or the large valve pilot valve is not closed tightly. The exclusion method is to first confirm the wiring method to ensure that the coil is correctly connected, and then clean the valve or diaphragm.

Seven, the forklift gear solenoid valve large valve has a small flow rate or no oil: the cause of this failure is that the diaphragm is not fully opened, the large valve pilot valve is not fully opened or there is no stroke. The elimination method is to clean or replace the pilot valve of the large valve to ensure the full stroke, and at the same time clean the bonnet channel to ensure that the diaphragm opens freely.

8. Forklift gear solenoid valve opens slowly. Causes of failure: 1. Poor sensitivity and unresponsiveness of the sensor; 2. Adhesion and excessive resistance of the solenoid valve spool and seat; 3. Pilot solenoid valve (also called jet solenoid valve) pilot hole is blocked; Low voltage or low battery.
