Many excavator drivers often encounter a problem that the excavator can not start. If it is a long-term failure, especially in winter, congratulate you, you may have a small holiday, because this is a problem caused by the engine itself, it may be the leakage of gas or the gap between the piston ring too large, the compression temperature is not enough, or other reasons, in short, not the excavator driver can solve the problem. By the way. And it's not recommended to use an engine to start the spray, which works well but can be addictive to the engine like a drug.


If it is a temporary inability to start, such as yesterday is still good, today will not move, or just stop to start, this situation we can look up the reasons for investigation and investigation, in fact, the idea is also very simple, this temporary engine can not start to be caused by two reasons, the first, the electricity does not pass. Second, the oil is not.




Check the reasons to consider these aspects, 1, start the motor, no sound, indicating no power, it is recommended to check whether the battery pile contact or burned out. The small electronic pump and the high pressure electronic pump of the electric spray machine are two. Completely different concepts, this small electronic pump is to increase the function of diesel flow in the tubing, but once the pump has problems, it will also cause the engine to be unable to start, or immediately after the start of the fire.
