Maintenance and maintenance of hydraulic cylinders for loader accessories must prevent contamination impurities from mixing with hydraulic oil to maintain cleanliness:
1.Cylinders should replace hydraulic oil regularly and clean system filter to ensure cleanliness and prolong service life.
2. Control system temperature. High oil temperature reduces the service life of seals. Long-term high oil temperature can deform or even completely disable the seal.
3.Always check threads, bolts and other connection parts and tighten immediately after loosening is found.
4.Fully telescopic test run shall be carried out 5 times per use of cylinder and then run on load. This can exhaust the air in the system, preheat each system, effectively avoid air or water in the system, cause gas explosion (or combustion), damage seals, cause leakage in the cylinder and other faults.
5.Protect the outer surface of the piston rod from collisions and scratches that may damage the seal. Frequently clean the deposits on the cylinder dynamic seal dust ring and bare piston rod to prevent dirt that is not easy to clean from sticking to the surface of the piston rod from entering the cylinder and damaging the piston, cylinder or seal.
6.Lubricate the connection frequently to prevent oil corrosion or abnormal wear.
