Standard warranty is 12 months or 2,000 working hours, whichever comes first, covering major components including engine, transmission, hydraulic pump, drive axle and FOPS/ROPS cab structure. Lead time is 20-35 days for stock configurations and 35-50 days for customized mining builds. Extended warranty options available.

04.Can I customize the bucket or configure for a specific ore type?

Yes. Bucket capacity from 2.5 to 4.5 m³, with material-specific options: hard-rock bucket with bolt-on teeth for ore, light-material bucket for coal, slag bucket for smelter yards. We also configure engine, transmission, tire and attachment packages based on your specific ore density, haul-truck height and shift pattern.
