Standard warranty is 12 months or 2,000 working hours, whichever comes first, covering major components including engine, transmission, hydraulic pump, drive axle and working-device linkage. Extended warranty options are available.

04.What is the MOQ and lead time?

MOQ is 1 unit. Standard lead time is 20–35 days for stock configurations and 35–50 days for customized builds, depending on attachments and bucket specification.

05.Can I customize the bucket or attachments?

Yes. Optional attachments include floating forks, tire chains, log grapples, block forks, snow blades, grass forks, enlarged buckets and bucket teeth. Bucket capacity from 2.5 to 4.5 m³ is available. Engine and transmission options also available.

06.What payment terms and shipping methods are supported?

Payment: T/T (30% deposit, 70% before shipment) or L/C at sight. Shipping: Ro-Ro, bulk vessel or container (CKD/SKD packing). FOB Xiamen or CIF/CFR to your destination port. We handle all export documentation including CE certs for EU customs clearance.
