A: MOQ is 1 unit. We regularly supply single-unit orders for new customers, as well as bulk fleets of 5–50 units for large contractors and government tenders.
Q: What is the typical lead time for delivery?
A: Standard configuration: 15–20 working days after payment confirmation. Custom configurations (special buckets, cold-climate packages, attachments) may require 25–35 working days. We'll confirm exact timing in your quotation.
Q: How is the machine shipped internationally?
A: The LT968 is typically shipped as a flat-rack unit or via RoRo vessel, depending on destination port. We handle export packing, customs documentation (CO, CIQ, BL) and can quote FOB, CIF or DDP terms.
Q: What warranty is included, and what does it cover?
A: 12 months or 2,000 operating hours (whichever comes first) on the complete machine, covering manufacturing defects in engine, drivetrain, hydraulic system and structural components. Wear parts (tires, bucket cutting edges, filters) are covered for 3 months.
