A: Standard terms: 30% T/T deposit, 70% balance before shipment (photos and test videos of your actual machine provided before balance payment). L/C at sight is also accepted for qualifying orders.
Q: What is the delivery lead time?
A: Typically 15–30 days after advance payment, depending on configuration and order quantity. Popular standard configurations are sometimes in stock for faster shipment.
Q: What warranty and after-sales support do you provide?
A: One-year full warranty with free parts within the warranty period. For major quality issues we can dispatch an engineer to your site. Remote video and phone support is available any time. Spare parts supply continues for the machine's full service life.
