Annual Maximum Tonnage Rotary Drilling Rig - XR1200E Xugong Foundation
On November 16, 2021, XR1200E rotary drilling rig independently developed by Xugong went off the line and became the largest tonnage rotary drilling rig in the world in 2021.
The maximum output torque of power head of this product is 1200kN.m. The whole machine adopts special pin-shaft-connected crawler chassis newly independently developed by XCMG, which is equipped with large-diameter rotary support and swinging legs of chassis belt. The chassis can assist the whole machine in dismantling when it is transported in turn, thus ensuring super stability and convenient transportation. Production Line Expansion - Sany SDC100 Double Wheel Grooving Machine
In September 2021, Sany Zhi manufactured a new double-wheel grooving machine SDC100 at the China International Trade in Services Trade Fair.
The product has grooving depth of up to 120m and groove thickness of up to 1.8m. The application of Trinity unique self-adjusting frame design ensures that the verticality of groove holes is within 1. SDC100 milling wheel adopts full-section tooth arrangement and movable swing teeth to achieve efficient and dead-angle milling of hard rock. On August 8, 2021, the world's highest SWCH980-260M super full hydraulic crawler pile frame independently developed by Shanhe Intelligent Co., Ltd. was unveiled.

Global Largest Diameter Full Casing Drilling Rig - Zhonglianke 4m Diameter Rubbed Tube Full Casing Drilling Rig
On November 24, 2021, the first well of Zhonglianke assisted short-cut pile worker "Deep-submerged high-pressure algae-killing well project of Xitanghe Drinking Water Project in Xiangcheng District, Delinhai Suzhou" was successfully implemented. Among them, ZM400H, ZCC1600HD-JC multi-functional crawler crane and hydraulic punch grab bucket complete equipment, the first rubbed pipe drill with a maximum diameter of 4m, developed by Zoomlion Joint Shortcut Pile Worker, attracts much attention.
The project is located in the silt area near the river and the work site is narrow. Four sets of deep-submerged high-pressure algae extinguishers are constructed. The spacing between wells is 15m, the depth of single tube is 104.4m, and the bottom of the well is filled with 3M thick self-compacting concrete for bottom sealing. In view of this special working condition, the two parties jointly developed a complete set of equipment including a 4m rubbed pipe full-sleeve drill with maximum diameter, ZCC1600HD-JC multi-functional crawler crane and hydraulic impact grab bucket, which is constructed by a pipe rubber combined with a special hydraulic impact grab and a rotary excavator drilling process, and all kinds of special machines are used to challenge the 4m large bore diameter and 105 m deep piles. Among them, the diameter of ZM400H sleeve is 4000m m, the pulling force is 13300kN, the press-in stroke is 550m m, and the maximum torque is 29000kN * M. The successful implementation of this project fills the gaps in the field of full casing drilling and well completion at home and abroad.

Yutong YTR436HE, the First Programmed Electric Rotary Drilling Rig in the World
On October 20, 2021, YTR436HE, the first additional electric rotary drill rig in the world, was officially introduced.
The power head and hoist of this product are driven directly by electric motor. The maximum power of power head and hoist reaches 280kW, which is 30% higher than that of traditional drilling rig. Equipped with energy recovery system, recharge battery when drill pipe is lowered; The range extender uses a smaller engine and always operates in the high efficiency area, saving energy. Drilling rig has set up a variety of power modes, i.e. pure electric mode, plug-in mode and extended range mode. Three different power modes can meet the construction needs of different sites. Among them, pure electric mode and plug-in mode can achieve true "zero discharge".
YTR436HE all drive motors can be programmed to achieve precise control and customize work modes according to customer and construction needs. Intelligent drive management, vehicle CAN bus control and remote technical support are realized by adopting new energy core control technology. The largest single-acting hydraulic hammer in the world-Zhejiang Yongan YC-180 hydraulic impact hammer
On March 29, 2021, Zhejiang Yongan launched YC-180 hydraulic impact hammer, with maximum impact energy of 3060kN m and hammer core mass of 180000kg. It is the largest single-acting hydraulic pile hammer in the world at present. YC-180 is lifted by two cylinders with a total mass of 287000kg, working stroke of 200/1700mm, working pressure of 250Bar, impact frequency of 55/18bpm and maximum diameter of 7.5m.
Two 2600P power stations are used for hydraulic impact hammer. The hammer housing is cylindrical, and the surface is sprayed with US marine anti-corrosion nanotechnology. More than 5 surface treatment processes make it operate well in harsh environment, especially for offshore construction. The hammer core is forged from alloy steel, which provides a good penetration force during the piling process. The unique conical design can effectively reduce the wind resistance during piling. The hydraulic impact hammer uses Parker accumulator, which is highly resistant to contamination and durable. It responds quickly in the working process.
