Analysis Of Typical Faults in The Transmission System Of Several Loading Equipment By Loader Manufacturers

Sep 09, 2025

1. The diesel engine works normally, but the small loader cannot move. Firstly, check the oil level positioning valve and transmission pressure gauge of the transmission. If a lack of oil is found, new oil should be added, but not too much, otherwise it will cause the transmission to heat up. Then check the work equipment and loader. If the work equipment takes off and lands normally, the whole machine can also be converted, and the loader cannot move, it must be caused by damage to the variable speed pump. If the work equipment cannot move, the whole machine cannot be converted, and the loader cannot move, it is mainly due to the steel plate connecting bolts of the torque converter being cut or the elastic plate breaking, and the damaged parts must be replaced or repaired.

2. The loader can only move forward and cannot move backward. Firstly, check if the transmission pressure is normal. If the pressure decreases when shifting to reverse gear, it confirms that there is excessive oil leakage in the reverse gear section. The reverse piston ring and severely damaged friction plate must be replaced, and the reverse clearance must be adjusted to the standard value. If the reverse gear does not reduce the pressure, confirm that the front gear is stuck. It is necessary to check whether the isolation ring on the inner gear ring of gear I is broken. If it ruptures, it should be updated promptly.

3.1 Gear drive is weak, other gears are normal. Firstly, check the transmission pressure. If the pressure in gear I is below 1kPa, the drive must be weak. The reason is that the piston ring of block I is severely scratched or worn, and the "O" shaped sealing ring on the outside of the cylinder is damaged. At this point, the damaged piston ring or sealing ring must be replaced. If there is no pressure drop on the variable speed pressure gauge in the I gear position, it is likely that the variable speed lever has not been adjusted properly and should be readjusted.

4. The loader cannot move forward or backward, but the variable speed pressure, boom, bucket, and steering are all normal. When troubleshooting this issue, first check if there is a lack of oil in the transmission of the Jingong 6-ton loader and if the oil inlet pipeline is blocked. Then check the transmission oil pan and torque converter oil filter. Once metal debris or other foreign objects are found, it can be confirmed that the overrunning clutch in the transmission has damaged parts; Once iron filings are found in the transmission oil pan and torque converter oil filter, it can be confirmed that there are damaged parts in the torque converter. It is necessary to disassemble and inspect the transmission and torque converter, repair or replace the damaged parts. After excluding the above reasons, if the machine still cannot move, it may be due to the gear on the connecting shaft falling off, causing the power to be unable to be exported.

5. The drive is weak and the loader stops moving. Check the oil level positioning valve on the side of the transmission, and if a lack of oil is found, add new oil. If the fuel level is normal, the transmission pressure gauge should be checked. If the pressure gauge pointer swings violently, it indicates insufficient oil supply. You can check whether the oil inlet pipeline is blocked, whether the hose is foaming, whether the torque converter oil filter is blocked, and whether the oil filter element is cleaned. If it is due to the above reasons, the symptoms should be excluded.
