The contrast test can be used to identify the viscosity of hydraulic oil. When the machine is used initially, leave a bottle of standard viscosity hydraulic oil to be kept in the laboratory or technical room for comparative experiment.
Method one: when the machine is used for a period of time, if the viscosity of the hydraulic oil is not in conformity with the requirements and needs to be replaced with a new oil, a clean glass is used, the hydraulic oil drop is placed on the glass, and a drop of the original hydraulic oil is dripped next to the glass, and then the glass is tilted. It is observed that if the velocity and distance of the measured hydraulic oil are larger than the standard oil, the viscosity is lower than the standard oil, and on the contrary, the viscosity is higher than that of the standard oil.
Method two: the tested hydraulic oil and standard oil are respectively contained in two transparent glass tubes with the same size and length.
(be careful not to be too full). Use the cork to plug the two test tube, place the two test tube side by side, and then quickly invert the two test tube. If the bubbles in the test tube rise quickly, the viscosity of the liquid is lower than that of the standard oil. On the contrary, the viscosity of the oil liquid is higher than that of the standard oil, and the viscosity of the two kinds of oil bubbles is similar.
