Do not suddenly operate the joystick when the hydraulic oil temperature is below 25 degrees. Before the warm machine is completed, the engine speed is not suddenly increased. Do not make the engine in the engine. Continuous operation of 20min at idle speed or high speed. If the engine must be idle, it should be loaded or transferred from time to time.
A put the throttle lever at the middle position between idle speed and high speed, so that the engine can operate at medium speed without load. 5min.
B full travel alternating operation bucket and bucket 5min, with a time interval of 30s.
After the C hydraulic oil temperature reaches the specified value, the bucket rod, boom and rotary device are operated under no load condition.
D heat the hydraulic oil and increase the engine speed to the maximum, then operate.
2) check the engine after the start of the engine.
A to see whether the engine water temperature, diesel oil level, engine oil pressure and charge level displayed on the meters, indicator lights or display screen are normal.
B check the oil level in the prescribed range by means of an oil level gauge on the hydraulic tank.
C check if there is any leakage of diesel oil, lubricating oil or coolant.
D check whether engine exhaust sound and exhaust color are normal.
E check whether there is abnormal noise or vibration.
(4) driving and steering of hydraulic excavator

B when the driving wheel is on the back, pull back the joystick, and the machine runs backwards. When the driving wheel is on the front side, push the joystick forward, and the machine runs backwards. Before the operation, the horn is honking and checking the surroundings.
3) machine steering.
The a machine does not move unilaterally. When turning left, you should push the joystick forward and right, pull the joystick back and right back when the backward direction is left, and operate the left operating lever in the same way when turning right.
The B machine moves unilaterally. When it turns left, the machine moves to the left if the left moves the joystick back to the middle, and when it turns right, it operates the right joystick in the same way.
C two in reverse rotation of the track (turning in place). When turning left, pull the joystick backward and push right, and push the joystick forward right. When turning right, move the joystick back and right back, while pushing the joystick at the left.
The maximum climbing ability of the machine is 35 degrees (70%) and is slow and slow to operate on the slope. When the joystick is in the neutral position, it will automatically brake. The excavator does not walk for a long time, do not use the vehicle and can only move in a short distance on the site.
(5) rotary and working device operation of hydraulic excavator
The left or right lever is moved to the left or right. The excavator turns left or right; when the joystick is moved forward or backward, the bucket is retracted or outstretched. The right joystick is lowered or lifted by the right lever forward or backward; the right joystick is pulled to the left or right to unload the bucket. 5) do not lift the body up and then go back to the surface to dig.

7) when the machine moves out of the water, the angle of the machine is less than 15 degrees. Do not immerse the machine in water beyond the allowable depth (the water depth is below the center of the chain wheel). For a part soaked in the water for a long time, the grease should be added until the old grease in the lubricating part is squeezed out.
(7) inspection of machine parking, parking and completion
1) the machine stops. The left and right joysticks are placed in the middle position, and the machine stops moving.
2) machine parked. Put the operating lever on the left and right to be in the middle, the machine stops walking; the engine speed is reduced to the idle speed, and the engine temperature gradually decreases after running 5min; the bucket rod is vertical, and the bucket is lowered horizontally until the bottom of the bucket is touched to the ground; the safety lock rod is placed in the lock position; the key is transferred to the OFF position and then pullout. Key out; close the windows, doors and covers before leaving the machine, and finally lock the doors.
3) inspection after completion. Check engine coolant temperature, engine oil pressure, lubricating oil temperature and diesel oil level. Fuel tank should be filled with diesel oil, but do not add to the top of the tank to prevent temperature rise from diesel spillover. Remove dirt and dirt sticking to the caterpillar assembly, check hydraulic oil, diesel oil, lubricating oil or coolant. Leakage, check whether the work device, track assembly, slewing bearing device is damaged, if damaged, then repair immediately.
