Share a little bit about Komatsu -6-7 engine throttle control motor experience.
The throttle control motors of Komatsu 6 and 7 are approximately the same. There are two points: the resistance of the plug and potentiometer.
The following are discussed from the way of control.
1, program control: the computer based on the feedback signal (including oil pressure switch, PC-EPC, LS-EPC, speed sensor, etc.) through the amplifier to carry out voltage output (0-5V) to control the motor stroke motion stroke to change the size of the throttle, the flameout signal from the key switch of the ACC end, at the same time the key switch off the ACC terminal. Power off, the computer executes the extinguishing command is to control the motor pull rod, this time the computer will have a delay power off, that is to say, after closing the key switch about 5 seconds or so is constant electricity, for the motor pull rod enough time to extinguish.
2, feedback control: the computer based on the motor potentiometer feedback signal is to control the motor action actual stroke size and the program control of the stroke size to compare the exact control.
It is divided into 2 types according to my experience fault types
1, replace: motor coil failure (rarely), motor fan gear wear, potentiometer resistance fault (more), potentiometer gear wear.
The above fault can only be replaced, if there are channels, the specific parts can be replaced.
2, maintenance: the hardware is normal. This kind of situation often occurs when the throttle is swinging back and forth (large oil doors are many). This is the problem of eliminating hardware failures. One is the adjustment of the throttle rod, which is sometimes based on the standard way (the computer enters the adjustment state of the throttle motor pull rod) in accordance with the standard position (the maximum throttle of the rod rocker arm) It is sometimes impossible to rule out the failure because the standard is the standard. Because the standard is the standard, it is established according to the state of the new machine. It is based on the state of the new machine. The machine has been running for a long time and the sloshing of the loss rod of the gear gap line will be different from the new machine, so it is adjusted according to the standard. It is not appropriate to adjust gradually according to the state of machine in different situations.
If there is no trouble shooting, the potentiometer should be adjusted because the potentiometer and the motor are connected by gears, so there is a median position. This kind of breakdown breaks down the potentiometer motor is adjusted to the middle position, which can generally solve the malfunction of throttle swing back and forth.
