When the diesel engine is in use, the following situations should be considered: whether to overhaul the diesel engine:
Experience has proved that the repair interval of diesel engine depends on the working condition of the components of cylinder piston and crankshaft journal and bushing. Generally speaking, when the diesel engine has the following bad conditions, we should consider whether the diesel engine is overhauled:
When the maximum power of the 1 power is significantly reduced, the maximum power of the diesel engine is only about 60% of the rated power, and the effect is not obvious after the general maintenance and adjustment of the related parts of the fuel system, the gas distribution mechanism and the transmission mechanism.
2 cylinder bore wear is too large and the roundness and cylindricity exceed the maximum use limit for the multi cylinder diesel engine. The roundness and cylindricity are based on one of the most worn cylinders.
3 after the diesel engine is stopped, it can not start smoothly under the condition that the water temperature is still 50~ 60 C.
4 crankshaft wear and roundness or cylindricity exceeds the maximum service limit.
5 the consumption of oil is significantly increased, the oil pressure is reduced, and the exhaust pipe is smoked in the case of no oil seal, such as the liner and oil seal. During the recent operation, the oil consumption calculated by the actual addition (without the change of oil) has exceeded the quota of more than one times. At the same time, crankcase vent (or oil filling nozzle) is emitting oil fumes, and the exhaust gas takes out the oil. The temperature inside the crankcase is significantly increased.
6 there are still more serious piston rings, piston pin direction, and main bearing or connecting rod bush noise when the diesel engine in the cylinder is hot.
7 cylinder pressure is less than 60% of the original standard pressure.
