If there is no big problem in the filter core of the hydraulic system, it may not be possible for the valve to produce iron scraps from the pump itself. It is the possibility that the radiator and the hard tube exist, and of course this will only occur in short time when the new car or some new parts are replaced.
The pressure of the return oil is low, and the filter core with high precision can be selected. If it is not in the tank, there is no magnetism, it seems that the flow of hydraulic oil in the pipeline of general diameter is very high, and the general magnet is difficult to absorb.
The approximate judgement method of iron scrap in hydraulic system of excavator:
1, the shiny oil cylinder is produced because of low speed and no loss of luster.
2, FA Wu is pump or motor bearing, because of high speed rotation, no luster.
