According to customs data, my country's construction machinery exports totaled US$53.756 billion from January to November 2025, a year-on-year increase of 12.4%.
Of this, exports of complete machines reached US$39.028 billion, a year-on-year increase of 12.4%, accounting for 72.6% of total exports;
Exports of parts and components reached US$14.728 billion, a year-on-year increase of 12.4%, accounting for 27.4% of total exports.
Crawler excavators lead the way.
Which category has the highest export value?
In terms of export value, the top five categories of main construction machinery products are: crawler excavators, loaders, electric forklifts and lifting platforms, internal combustion forklifts and lifting platforms, and off-highway dump trucks.
Crawler excavators had the highest single export value, with cumulative exports of US$9.07 billion from January to November, a year-on-year increase of 26.3%;
Loaders ranked second, with cumulative exports of US$3.884 billion, a year-on-year increase of 10%.
In terms of export value changes, the five fastest-growing main equipment categories were: other all-terrain cranes (49.80%), truck cranes over 100 tons (38.20%), piling machines and drilling rigs (38.1%), concrete pump trucks (31.5%), and loaders (31.5%), all with year-on-year growth exceeding 30%.
Except for other truck cranes, pavers, internal combustion forklifts and lifting platforms, tunnel boring machines, and bulldozers over 320ph, most categories achieved positive export value growth.
Concrete mixing machinery leads by a wide margin.
Which category has the largest number of exports?
In terms of export volume, the top five main categories of construction machinery products were: concrete mixing machinery (1,732,844), electric forklifts and lifting platforms (775,174), crawler excavators (274,010), internal combustion forklifts and lifting platforms (172,645), and loaders (149,314).
In terms of export volume, bulldozers with a capacity of 320 hp or more, crawler excavators, other cranes, concrete mixing machinery, and crawler cranes all saw year-on-year declines.
Regarding major export destinations, exports to the top ten countries and regions, including Russia, the United States, Indonesia, Brazil, and India, totaled US$22.585 billion, accounting for 42% of total exports; exports to the top twenty countries and regions totaled US$31.872 billion, accounting for 59.3% of total exports.
Among the top ten export destinations, only Russia and the United States saw a year-on-year decrease in exports.
