According to statistics from the China Construction Machinery Association:
In December 2025, the average monthly working hours of major construction machinery products was 76.5 hours, a year-on-year decrease of 18.6% and a month-on-month decrease of 9.19%. Specifically: excavators 69.3 hours; loaders 80.4 hours; truck cranes 93.8 hours; crawler cranes 94.7 hours; tower cranes 43.9 hours; road rollers 24.9 hours; pavers 35.9 hours; rotary drilling rigs 72.4 hours; off-highway mining dump trucks 154 hours; concrete pump trucks 39.5 hours; concrete mixer trucks 53.8 hours; and forklifts 110 hours.
The monthly operating rate of major construction machinery products in December 2025 was 51.8%, a year-on-year decrease of 12.5 percentage points and a month-on-month decrease of 4.72 percentage points. Among them: excavators 52.6%; loaders 46.5%; truck cranes 67.2%; crawler cranes 56.9%; tower cranes 39.3%; road rollers 38.1%; pavers 56.3%; rotary drilling rigs 41.7%; off-highway mining dump trucks 41.8%; concrete pump trucks 34.7%; concrete mixer trucks 26.5%; and forklifts 66.2%.
