Analysis of the import and export situation of high-altitude operation trucks from January to March 2020

According to the statistics of 10 major aerial vehicle manufacturing enterprises of China Construction Machinery Industry Association's Decoration and Aerial Work Machinery Branch, 258 aerial work vehicles were sold in March 2020, an increase of 1 year-on-year and an increase of 0.39%.


From January to March, the cumulative sales were 552 units, a year-on-year increase of 16 units, an increase of 2.99%. 44 aerial working vehicles of 15 meters and below, accounting for 17.1% of total sales in the month, an increase of 2.33%; 119 aerial working vehicles of 16 meters to 20 meters, accounting for 46.1% of the total sales of the month, an increase of 32.2%; 21 meters to 30 meters 93 units, which accounted for 36% of total sales in the month, a year-on-year decrease of 21.8%; 2 units over 30 meters, accounting for 0.78% of total sales in the month, a year-on-year decrease of 60%. Among ordinary high-altitude operation trucks: 69 units of folding arm type sales in the month, accounting for 26.7% of the month ’s total sales, down 16.9% year-on-year; 160 units of telescopic arm type, accounting for 62% of the month ’s total sales, an increase of 42.9% year-on-year; hybrid arm type 21 units of the month accounted for 8.14% of the total sales volume of the month, down 27.6% year-on-year. Among the insulated aerial work vehicles: 2 telescopic booms in the month, accounting for 0.78% of the month's total sales, down 87.5% year-on-year; 6 hybrid arm-type vehicles in the month, accounting for 2.33% of the month's total sales, down 62.5% year-on-year.


In March 2020, domestic sales of aerial work vehicles were 257 units, and domestic sales accounted for 99.6% of the total sales volume, an increase of 11 units year-on-year and an increase of 4.47%. From January to March, sales were 551 units, and cumulative domestic sales accounted for 99.8% of the cumulative total sales, an increase of 27 units year-on-year, an increase of 5.15%.


In March 2020, one high-altitude operation vehicle was exported, accounting for 0.39% of the total sales volume of the month, a decrease of 10 units year-on-year, and a decrease of 90.9%. Among the export models, 1 hybrid arm type accounts for 100% of the total export volume of the month.


From January to March, a total of 1 high-altitude operation truck was exported, and the cumulative export accounted for 0.18% of the total sales volume, a decrease of 11 units and a decrease of 91.7%.
