Many people feel confused when choosing a small loader, unsure where to begin. Here's how to select a small loader:
1. Model Selection: The choice should primarily be based on the work environment and intended use. Tracked loaders are generally preferred for operations in quarries and soft soil areas.
2. Power Selection: Construction machinery diesel engines are commonly used. For operations in special terrains, such as altitudes above 3000m, specialized high-altitude diesel engines should be employed.
3. Transmission Type Selection: Hydraulic-mechanical transmission is generally preferred. A key component is the torque converter. Currently, loaders manufactured in my country mostly use dual-turbo, single-stage two-phase hydraulic torque converters.
4. When selecting a loader, its braking performance must be fully considered, including multiple braking modes: parking brake, parking brake, and emergency brake. Brakes come in three types: shoe brake, caliper disc brake, and wet multi-disc brake. The brake drive mechanism generally uses a force-adjusting device, powered by compressed air, air-to-hydraulic, or hydraulic systems. Currently, the most commonly used braking system is the air-over-hydraulic braking system, which generally employs a dual-circuit braking system to improve driving safety.
After the above introduction, you should now have a better understanding of how to choose a small loader. When selecting one, be sure to purchase from a reputable manufacturer.
