Paver loading
The dump truck carries the water stabilizer (or bitumen) into the paver's hopper slowly, and the conveyor belt at the bottom of the hopper will send the mixture to the spiral blade. When the weather is hot, the side cover opens up to reveal the three members.
The material is pushed to both sides by a spiral blade, and finally molded through the ironing board (the ironing board is vibrating).
Paver work
The paver is operated by three people. The above is fully responsible, according to the control of the dump truck and the material in the hopper, and the foldable hopper after the dump truck. Of course, the other above can also be controlled. But because of the distance from the far line of sight, there are two people in charge of the operation.
The two sides of the spiral blade are driven by two motors, which can be controlled separately. When the paver works, the people at both ends of the ironing board operate the spiral blade according to the amount of the material, and adjust the width of the ironing board properly.
This is the controller at both ends of the ironing board. One side can control the rotation of the spiral blade and the width of the paving. On the one hand, the screw blade is controlled according to the quantity of the material. On the other hand, the distance from the paver to the roadside will vary in a small range, and the controller is adjusted by the controller. These two controllers are active. They are fixed at both ends when they work, and they are locked up in the cab when they get off duty.
Paver loading
After each vehicle is discharged, the hopper is folded to the middle, and the material on both sides of the hopper is conveyed to the middle conveyor belt. Workers help to collect the ground sprinkled, mainly to track the clean track to ensure that the paver travels smoothly, so as to ensure that the paving effect is smooth.
Alternator
In order to prevent asphalt oil from sticking to the iron plate when paving the asphalt pavement, it is necessary to electrically heat the iron plate, so there is a special motor with a generator for its power supply.
Paver work
The asphalt that has just been paved is "bubbling" with smoke, and the asphalt should still be at boiling point, standing on the edge like standing in front of a big fire basin.
Two, cold regeneration
Cold recycling is a strange thing. If you have participated in the BMW Exhibition for 12 years, you should know this artifact.
It is first to know about cold regeneration. Cold regeneration is the process of continuous milling and crushing of old pavement structure, adding regenerated material, mixing, spreading and rolling, and reforming a structural layer with a certain bearing capacity at normal temperature.

The four wheel is independently driven by a separate hydraulic motor

The two steering wheel requires two people to operate.
The front and rear two tracks, four small tracks look very solid feeling, each track with a pillar support, this is the legendary four-wheel independent suspension! The walking motor has no guard plate and is exposed. It may be the reason why the asphalt road does not go uphill. The hydraulic cylinder on the milling box looks very slim, but it should be enough. After all, it was designed by engineer matching.
The supporting wheels are almost next to each other. The steering can be different from that of the excavator.
This is driven by a hydraulic cylinder on the track of the column to drive the caterpillar steering, in order to make both sides of the caterpillar synchronous steering, but also with connecting rods to connect the two sides together. It is not clear how the two steering wheel is controlled. The two front tracks are connected by the connecting rod, and the two rear tracks are connected by the connecting rod. The two steering wheel should be the same, just for the convenience of operating at different angles.
The rear track steering mechanism is just like the front, but it doesn't have so many things behind it, it looks clear.
