Loaders are common construction machinery, frequently seen in daily life and frequently used. They are used in large-scale projects and factory material handling. There are many types of loaders, so how should we choose?
1. Determine the walking structure. Common types include wheeled and tracked loaders. Wheeled loaders are more versatile, faster, more maneuverable, more efficient, and less prone to damaging the road surface. However, for muddy roads or slippery mining surfaces, tracked loaders are recommended. They have strong traction and high pulling power, but lower speed, relatively less maneuverability, and are more likely to damage the road surface.
2. Choose the appropriate size: Select an engine with appropriate horsepower. The engine is one of the most important components of a loader, and its power directly affects the loader's working capacity. A loader with insufficient power will work weakly and will significantly reduce its lifespan if operated under heavy load for extended periods. Therefore, choose a model with appropriate power based on the actual working conditions.
3. Bucket: Select a bucket with an appropriate capacity based on the shape and size of the items to be loaded and unloaded. A larger capacity allows for loading and unloading more goods at once. However, the weight of the goods must be considered to avoid overloading the machine.
4. Loading/Unloading Height: The loading/unloading height is mainly affected by the robotic arm. Since everyone buys a loader for different purposes, choose a suitable arm length based on your specific needs. For example, a longer arm is generally chosen for transporting grain because of the higher loading height.
