Such problems, mostly because the machine room is not cleaned in time, the air grid is broken, so that dust and shredded paper is sucked into the evaporation box by the fan. The evaporation box is filled with thick dust and can not suck into the air to blow the wind. First of all, start the machine check, compressor normal operation, indicating that the system pressure is basically normal, only let off the air conditioning. The cold air can be reused and reused, slowly put from the low pressure side of the table, then dismantling the air conditioning system to decompose the cleaning and cleaning, and then reload the air and add the cold air to solve the problem. Air conditioners should always check whether the fins of condensers have soil, dust and foliage and other debris should be washed out with high-pressure air, steam or water in a timely manner.
Air conditioning is small
The wind is small or there is no wind blowing, mostly because the inlet is blocked. At this time, first check whether the air conditioning filter and air inlet are blocked by debris. If the reason is excluded, then continue to check, remove the motor plug, open the fan, a gear test, if the speed is not changed, that may be a variable resistance, this time to be replaced.

In general, the problem is that the engine power is not enough, the output power of the engine falls, it is not enough to drive the air conditioner, and it may also be the excessive power needed for the air conditioning. The general air-conditioning power needs to account for one tenth of the engine, the solution: increase the engine power, when the air-conditioning on a little more throttle. In addition, we should also pay attention to the inspection of air filtration and firewood filtration.
The effect of air conditioning and refrigeration is not good
First, make sure the steps are correct, then check the air conditioning belt is loose, if there is no problem to see if it is caused by insufficient refrigerant. If it's okay, check the circuit, and if it's okay, clean the evaporator's internal and external circulation and air conditioning filter.
