According to the loader manufacturer, the torque converter can automatically adjust the turbine speed based on load changes, improving the loader's driving capabilities and is a very important component.
After each shift, check the tightness of the torque converter and its connections. If loose, tighten them promptly. After every 100 hours of operation, unscrew the oil filler cap on the torque converter cover and check the oil level with a dipstick. The oil level should be between the upper and lower marks on the dipstick. During measurement, the loader should be in a horizontal position; if the oil level is insufficient, add oil promptly.
The lubricating oil is gear oil. Ensure the gear oil is clean and free of mechanical impurities; otherwise, it will accelerate gear wear. When adding oil, pay attention to the cleanliness of the filling tools and the oil filler port. Tighten any loose bolts promptly; check the sealing of all hydraulic components and inspect the "O" rings on the hydraulic cylinder piston rods for damage; clean the hydraulic oil filter and radiator; check the hydraulic oil tank, clean out oil sludge and impurities, and add hydraulic working oil.
The hydraulic system should be cleaned quarterly. Sample and check the hydraulic working oil for deterioration, and replace it promptly if necessary; check for any changes in the pressure of the distributor safety valve; check for damage to pins and bushings; check for looseness of the slewing mechanism and all mounting bolts; replace necessary wear parts.
After the loader has finished its work, drain the dirty oil while it's still warm, and add an appropriate amount of clean diesel fuel. Move the loader forward and backward several times, then drain the diesel fuel and add clean gear oil. Note: Different grades of gear oil are required for different seasons; use winter gear oil in winter and summer gear oil in summer.
If the loader suddenly loses power during operation, be sure to turn off the power. A sudden power surge can cause unnecessary damage. Minimize malfunctions during use and perform proper maintenance!
