I. Daily (Optimal maintenance for loader operation time)
1. Check for oil, water, and air leaks, and overheating of machine parts;
2. Check the engine oil, coolant, and hydraulic oil levels;
3. Check tire pressure and condition;
4. Check instruments and lights;
5. Lubricate all articulation points with grease.
II. Every 50 hours (Optimal maintenance for loader operation time)
1. Check and tighten the front and rear driveshaft bolts;
2. Check the transmission oil level;
3. Check and adjust the foot brake and hand brake, check the brake booster fluid level;
4. Check the throttle control and transmission control systems;
III. Every 100 hours (Optimal maintenance for loader operation time)
1. Change the transmission oil (and every 600 hours thereafter), clean the oil pan filter;
2. Change the engine oil (and every 600 hours thereafter);
3. Check the battery fluid level, apply petroleum jelly to the battery terminals;
4. Check the tightness of the wheel rim and brake disc bolts, and axle bolts;
5. Check the tightness of all fastening bolts.
IV. Every 200 hours (Optimal maintenance for loader operation time)
1. Check the front and rear axle oil levels;
2. Clean the air filter (replace the filter element if necessary);
3. Clean the engine oil, diesel fuel, and transmission oil filters;
4. Check and adjust tire pressure to 0.27~0.31 MPa;
5. Check the working device and front and rear frame welds for cracks;
6. Check the generator and fan belt tension.
