Performing daily inspections can ensure the long-term smooth operation of the loader, and for individual operators in particular, conducting regular daily checks can effectively reduce maintenance costs.
The inspection items are quite simple. First, walk around the loader twice to check for any abnormalities in the body and chassis, and whether there is any grease leaking from the slewing bearing. Then, check the reduction gear and braking system, as well as the track bolts and fasteners. Tighten any loose bolts and replace any worn parts promptly. If it's a wheeled loader, you need to check the tires for any abnormalities and ensure the tire pressure is stable.
Secondly, check if the loader's bucket teeth are significantly worn. Excessive wear on the bucket teeth will greatly increase resistance during construction, seriously affecting work efficiency and increasing wear and tear on other equipment components, so this point requires special attention.
