"Report" predicts that in 2020, China's industrial Internet industry economic value added will reach 3.1 trillion yuan, an increase of about 47.9% year-on-year, accounting for about 2.9% of GDP, and its contribution to GDP growth will exceed 11%. Among them, the value-added scale of the core industry will reach 652 billion yuan, and the economic value added driven by integration will reach 2.49 trillion yuan, which is expected to drive more than 2.55 million new jobs.

"Report" believes that China's industrial Internet industry is developing rapidly. In terms of scale, in 2018 and 2019, the overall scale of China's industrial Internet industry economy was 1.42 trillion yuan and 2.13 trillion yuan, respectively, with a year-on-year actual growth of 55.7% and 47.3%, respectively. In 2018 and 2019, the overall scale of the industrial Internet industry economy accounted for 4.5% and 5.9% of the digital economy, respectively, and their contributions to the growth of the digital economy were 14.1% and 15.6%, respectively. It is estimated that in 2020, the overall size of the industrial Internet industry economy will account for about 2.9% of GDP (the actual GDP growth rate in 2020 is calculated at 6%), and its contribution to economic growth will exceed 11%. In terms of employment promotion, the industrial Internet industry has developed rapidly, providing high-skilled jobs for composite talents who master industrialization and information technology skills.
