Sales of excavators in 1-6 months of 2018

According to the statistical data of China engineering machinery industry association mining machinery branch, the sales situation of 25 mainframe manufacturing enterprises, which were included in the sub meeting in 1-6 months of 2018, was shown as shown in the following table. Less than 6 tons of small dig and 6~13 tons of small dig occupy half of the domestic market share. From the change of sales volume of different specifications, the sales volume of big dig, middle dig and small dig increased by 6865, 13227 and 20263, or 72.9%, 80.7% and 45% respectively. From the change of product structure in the past three years, the recovery of big dig and dig has been significant, and the market share of small dig has declined slightly.

Sales of loaders in 2018, 1-6

In the first half of this year, the total sales volume of loaders exceeded 65 thousand units, an increase of 33.5% over the same period last year.

From tonnage, in the first half of the year, the total sales volume of 3 tons and more loaders was 58553, accounting for 89.3% of the total sales. Among them, 5 tons of loaders sold 42561 units, accounting for 64.9% of the total sales; 3 tons loaders sold 12456 units, accounting for 19%. A total of 6976 units under 3 tons of small clothes are sold.

From the sales area, the sales of nearly 3600 loaders in Shandong Province in the first half of the year were far ahead of the other provinces. The Jiangsu, Hebei and Henan provinces were divided by 2~4 in a weak gap. The sales were all over 2600. The total sales in the first half of the year were over 2000, as well as Guangdong, Sichuan, Shanxi, Hubei and Fujian.

Overseas sales of loaders continued to grow. The first half of the year, the total export sales volume of loaders exceeded 10000, an increase of 30.6% over the same period last year.

The loader export model also takes 5 tons and 3 tons as the main force, and exports 5756 and 4015 units in the first half, accounting for 48% and 33% of the total export volume respectively.

Sales of bulldozers in 1-6 months of 2018

From the overall trend, bulldozers continue to maintain an upward trend.  In the first half of this year, the total sales volume of bulldozers reached 4470 units, an increase of 36.8% over the same period last year.

In the first half of this year, the total sales of bulldozers were more than 3100 units, accounting for 69.5% of the total sales. The total sales of mountain workers were over 370 sets, accounting for 8.4% of the total sales. Liu Gong, Xuan Pu, Peng Pu and mountain shifted from three to six, and the total sales of the above six brands accounted for 96.7% of the total sales.

From the model, 160 horse power for the main sales model, the first half of the total sales of more than 2800 units, accounting for 63.5% of total sales, followed by 220 horsepower, sales of nearly 800, accounting for 17.7%. From the perspective of the export hot selling model, the difference between the 220 horsepower and 160 horsepower is not large, and the export sales volume is more than 360. The total of the two accounts for about 6 of the total export volume.

In the first half of the year, bulldozers exported nearly 1200 units, an increase of 52% over the same period. In the first half of this year, more than 700 bulldozers were exported, accounting for 59.5% of the total export volume, followed by more than 110 export of mountain machinery and more than 90 exported from Peng Pu and Xuan Gong.

In the first half of the year, 14 bulldozers sold more than 50 units, and the highest sales volume of SD16TL was 1100. Shan SD22AA, Shan Gong machinery 816D (wetland type), Yishan TS160 (wetland type), Liugong CLGB160CL (wetland type) are popular brands of various brands.

Sales of flat ground machines in 1-6 months of 2018

In the first half of 2018, the cumulative sales of graders reached 3166 units, an increase of 37.4% over the same period last year.

From the brand competition situation, the sales of Xugong Road sales accounted for about 30% of the total sales of the leveler. Its sales in June and the first half of the year were about 270 and 1070. The sales of willow workers were second, and more than 400 in the first half of the year; Chang Linzhu sold 390, and Carter Biller John sold 370.

In the first half of this year, Xugong Road exported more than 470 graders, 340 Caterpillar graders, 260 Lingong graders and 220 Liugong graders.

From the model point of view, in the first half of the year, 180 horsepower graders totaled about 750 units, accounting for 24% of the total sales volume, and 165 horsepower sales of 530 units and 440 sales of 190 horsepower.

From the export situation, the total export volume of 120 horsepower and 180 horsepower is over 290, 165 HP is about 270, and 190 HP is 190. Since 2018, the grader has exported 1720 units, accounting for 54% of the total sales volume, an increase of 50% over the same period.
