Referring to past experience, the sales volume of excavators this year is expected to reach or exceed 190 thousand units, a record high.
At present, a high level of construction is maintained, and the industry is in a healthy cycle. According to the data of the Komatsu official network, the number of excavators started in June is 130.5 hours, a slight decrease of 2.4% over the same period. According to our communication with a number of host plants and agents, after the off-season, the start of June began to decrease about 10%.
From the side of the equipment supply side, this round of industry participants remained rational, the manufacturers and agents have not relaxed the payment conditions, the current payment is good, the overdue rate is very low, and the customers are based on the old customers, have stable engineering expectations, the industry is in a healthy state, lengthening the boom cycle.
The environmental factors will promote the release of renewed demand. In July 3rd, the State Council issued the three year action plan to win the battle against the blue sky, pointing out a survey of non road mobile machinery, delimiting the low emission control area of non road mobile machinery, strictly controlling the high discharge of non road mobile machinery, and 2019 key areas. Before the end of the year, we will promote clean transformation and elimination of unqualified construction machinery.
