Before a mini loader system is put into operation, it generally needs to be flushed. The purpose of flushing is to remove residual contaminants, metal shavings, fibrous compounds, and iron core residue from the system. Even if the system isn't completely damaged during the first two hours of operation, it can still cause a series of malfunctions. Therefore, today we'll explain the steps for cleaning the system's oil circuitry:
1. We need to clean the oil tank with an easy-drying cleaning solvent, and then remove any solvent residue with filtered air.
2. We need to clean all the system's pipelines, and in some cases, it may be necessary to soak the pipelines and joints.
3. We need to install oil filters in the pipelines to protect the valve's oil supply and pressure lines.
4. We need to install a flushing plate on the manifold to replace precision valves, such as electro-hydraulic servo valves.
5. We also need to check that all the pipe dimensions of our mini loader are appropriate and that the connections are correct.
The flushing cycle is determined by the system's structure and the degree of system contamination. If the sample of the filter medium has no or very few foreign contaminants, install a new oil filter, remove the flushing plate, and install the valve to operate!
