There are many issues we need to pay attention to when working, and loaders also require proper maintenance to ensure their longevity. Let's learn about the use and maintenance of hydraulic oil in loaders.
Loaders are earthmoving machines widely used in various construction projects such as highways, railways, hydropower, construction, ports, and mines. They are mainly used for loading and unloading bulk materials such as soil, sand, gravel, lime, and coal, and can also handle light excavation operations on ores and hard soil.
1. Hydraulic oil must undergo strict filtration. Coarse and fine oil filters should be installed in the loader's hydraulic system as needed. Filters should be regularly inspected and cleaned, and replaced promptly if damaged. When adding oil to the hydraulic tank, it should be passed through a filter of 120 mesh or higher.
2. Regularly check the cleanliness of the hydraulic oil and replace it periodically according to the working conditions of the small loader.
3. Do not easily disassemble the hydraulic components of the loader. If disassembly is necessary, clean the parts and place them in a clean place to avoid the introduction of impurities during reassembly. 4. Prevent air from entering. While hydraulic oil is generally considered incompressible, air is highly compressible (approximately 10,000 times more so than oil). Air dissolved in the oil will escape under low pressure, creating bubbles and cavitation. Under high pressure, these bubbles will quickly break up and be rapidly compressed, generating noise. Air in the oil can also cause actuators to creep, reducing stability and even causing vibration.
5. Prevent excessive oil temperature. The optimal operating temperature for loader hydraulic oil is generally between 30-80℃. Excessive oil temperature leads to decreased oil viscosity, reduced pump volumetric efficiency, thinner lubricating film, increased mechanical wear, aging and deterioration of seals, and loss of sealing performance.
Based on the above information, we hope you will take good care of your loader during use to ensure its longevity.
