What Factors Affect The Operation Of The Loading Machine?

Jan 23, 2026

If the clutch malfunctions during the operation of a loader, it will affect normal use and even safety. Therefore, these small parts require regular maintenance. Here's a closer look:

The oil should also be analyzed. If iron or chromium particles are present in the oil, it indicates that the gears are starting to wear. A drop in clutch operating oil level, requiring the machine to accelerate the clutch engagement, means the clutch is excessively worn or there is a seal failure. Therefore, measuring the transmission oil pressure and observing the oil temperature rise can help determine clutch wear.

Since clutch wear is a sign of escalating gearbox problems, if metal impurities in the gears prevent them from engaging, other parts will break if the clutch is not closed. The machine may still operate even if the transmission oil has deteriorated, with decreased viscosity and metal impurities. Therefore, more frequent oil changes and transmission oil sampling analysis should be recommended before the machine is fully operational.
