The loader manufacturer would like to discuss how to maintain an automatic feeding concrete mixer truck in daily use and how to extend its service life. The following points are things we need to pay attention to and do daily:
1. Rinse the feed inlet with water before each filling to keep it moist during the filling process;
2. Fill the washing water tank of the automatic feeding concrete mixer truck with water while loading;
3. Rinse the feed inlet after charging the automatic feeding concrete mixer truck to clean any residual concrete near the inlet;
4. After unloading at the construction site, rinse the discharge tank and then add clean water to the storage tank;
5. Keep the concrete storage tank rotating slowly during the return trip;
6. Remember to drain the wastewater from the storage tank before the next loading;
7. Clean the concrete storage tank and the inlets and outlets around the work area daily to ensure there are no cement or concrete lumps.
