In the sweltering summer, high temperatures make it a peak season for overheating in loader gearboxes. So how should this be addressed and resolved, and what are the causes of this overheating phenomenon? Here's a brief explanation.
Excessive operating speed of the loader gearbox is a common problem. When this happens, the loader lacks power and may not even turn. Excessive operating speed slows down the anodizing of the shock absorber oil, causing it to lose its corrosion resistance and potentially damaging the rubber seals, resulting in significant losses. This also affects the normal operation of the loader's computer.
Therefore, when the loader's operating speed is too high, the problem should be carefully investigated and addressed promptly. Currently, with the speed continuously increasing, the viscosity of the loader's shock absorber oil (107 silicone rubber) is continuously affected, chlorine leakage rapidly decreases, and moisture in various humidification points is destroyed, causing rapid wear on structural components and friction parts. The subsequent recovery rate of the speed is slow.
When the loader's speed is too high, the gaps between the moving parts caused by materials with different coefficients of linear expansion will fluctuate abnormally. If the gaps widen, there will be serious leakage of shock absorber oil; if the gaps narrow, the components may jam. Inadequate system water pressure regulation is also a problem. The speed control valve is the nerve center of the hydraulic transmission system, controlling the water pressure of the working oil entering the system.
If the loader's speed control valve or angle valve experiences friction wear, resulting in pressure relief, or if the hydraulic torque converter pressure valve malfunctions or jams, failing to provide buffering, it will cause insufficient oil in the hydraulic torque converter pipeline and reduced water pressure. If the speed control valve leakage is minor, the system water pressure can be increased to compensate for the leakage; if the angle valve wear is severe, the speed control valve or angle valve should be replaced to increase the system water pressure.
