Small loaders require maintenance during use. What are the principles of maintenance? Let's take a look.
1. Hydraulic transmission fluid is the energy carrier for the normal operation of the gearbox. In the hydraulic transmission system, the pressure, temperature, and flow rate of the working fluid determine whether the gearbox can function properly. Therefore, in the daily maintenance of the gearbox, special attention should be paid to the inspection and replacement of the hydraulic transmission fluid.
2. According to JB/Z194-83 requirements and in combination with actual maintenance practices, the following regulations should be followed during maintenance:
(1) Routine maintenance: Check the oil level in the oil pan;
(2) 50 hours (or weekly): Check whether the gear shift lever is flexible and effective;
(3) 250 hours (only after the first 250 hours of operation): Clean the gearbox oil pan and gearbox filter element;
(4) 500 hours: Clean the oil pan filter and replace the gearbox fluid;
(5) 2000 hours: Disassemble and inspect the gearbox and torque converter. As you all know, small loaders require maintenance during use, and there are principles to follow when performing maintenance, which have been explained above. Please make sure to follow these principles when performing maintenance.
