Fault features and causes: 1) the meshing of the main transmission gear is not normal; 2) the gap of the conical bearing is too large or damaged; 3) the differential planetary gear or gasket is seriously worn.
Elimination methods: 1) check and adjust; 2) adjust or replace; 3) replace.
2. wheel side decelerator has abnormal sound
Fault characteristics and causes: 1) planetary gear needle bearing damage; 2) planetary wheel spacer damage, resulting in needle roller and other meshing gear damage.
Exclusion method: 1) replace all damaged parts; 2) find out the cause of the damage and replace the damaged parts.
