From December 25th to 27th, 2025, the National Technical Committee for Standardization of Industrial Vehicles (hereinafter referred to as the "Industrial Vehicle Standardization Committee") organized an expert review meeting in Hefei, Anhui Province, for the draft industry standards "Forklift Attachments: Paper Roll Clamp," "Forklift Attachments: Linkage Bar," and "Forklift Attachments: Layer Picker" (submission drafts). Participants included some members of the Industrial Vehicle Standardization Committee's Attachments Working Group, industry experts, and members of the standard drafting working group, totaling 21 representatives from 17 units.
The review meeting was chaired by Zhao Chunhui, Secretary-General of the Industrial Vehicle Standardization Committee. At the opening ceremony, Xia Wanjun, Deputy General Manager of Anqing Liandong Attachments Co., Ltd., the host company of the meeting, delivered a welcome speech. Subsequently, Secretary-General Zhao Chunhui introduced the achievements of the Attachments Working Group in standard formulation and revision, and put forward requirements for the review of the three draft industry standards, emphasizing scientific rigor, rationality, applicability, and standardization.
During the draft review phase, the participating experts listened to presentations from Anqing Liandong Attachments Co., Ltd., the leading drafting unit, on the revision process and main revisions of JB/T 12575-2015 "Forklift Attachments - Paper Roll Clamps," and from Xiamen Longhe Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd. and Hangcha Group Co., Ltd., on the development process and main technical content of their respective industry standards "Forklift Attachments - Linkage Bars" and "Forklift Attachments - Layered Pickers." Following this, the experts conducted a thorough and meticulous review of each of the three draft industry standards, chapter by chapter. Extensive discussions were held during the review process, and the experts, with a scientific, rigorous, and responsible attitude, offered many valuable opinions and suggestions. Based on consensus, the three draft industry standards were approved.
This meeting, with the joint efforts of all participating experts and the strong support of the host company, Anqing Liandong Attachments Co., Ltd., successfully completed its scheduled tasks.
In recent years, with the rapid development of the logistics industry, more and more users are demanding the installation of suitable forklift attachments on forklifts, transforming them into multifunctional and highly efficient material handling tools, effectively improving the automation level of material handling. Paper roll clamps, feeder bars, and tiered pickers, mentioned in the three industry standards above, are important components of forklift attachments, and their product quality and safety directly affect the safety of industrial vehicle use. To ensure that standards better meet the needs of technological development, address the current lack of standard guidelines for forklift attachment feeder bars and tiered pickers, further improve the product quality and technical level of paper roll clamps, feeder bars, and tiered pickers, and guide the healthy and orderly development of the industry, thereby laying the foundation for high-quality development in the industrial vehicle industry, it is urgent to formulate and revise corresponding product standards. The convening of this meeting has laid a solid foundation for the timely completion of the formulation and revision of the aforementioned three industry standards.
