3. Bonding process
① Clean the screws and threaded holes with Loctite 755 cleaning agent for surface treatment, apply a layer of Loctite FO) RM-A-THREAD release agent on the screws, and let them dry.
② Prepare the repair adhesive according to the instructions.
③ Apply glue a, press, pour the glue solution that occupies 1/2 of the screw hole volume into the threaded hole, and then screw in the screw coated with release agent according to the instructions to create a thread. When screwing in the screw, it should be gently vibrated and rotated left and right to fill and enrich the adhesive, forming a uniform thread.
b, If you want to ensure the accuracy of the centerline of the repaired threaded hole, you can use a guide positioning plate. In order to facilitate the separation of the positioning plate after bonding, a layer of wax paper or plastic film can be laid between the positioning plate and the screw hole.
