How can forklift users replace tires that have worn or burst without professional technicians present?
Follow the instructions below to operate it easily and safely.
1. Park the forklift on a flat and hard road surface, turn off the engine, and place the forklift in an unloaded state.
2. Lower the fork to the ground and use the parking brake device to stop the wheels. If replacing the steering tire, support the jack in the center of the rear axle bracket. If replacing the drive tire, support the jack on the front side of the frame,
3. Lift the forklift slightly with a jack to keep the tires in contact with the ground; First, loosen the bolts that secure the inflation tube, remove the clamp, and then loosen the wheel hub nut.
4. Use a jack to fully support the car, unscrew the wheel hub nut, and remove the tire.
5. The installation sequence is opposite to the disassembly sequence. When installing the wheel hub nut, the tightening torque must reach the specified value.
Attention: After installation, check whether the tire inflation reaches the specified value. After running for a short distance, check again to see if the bolts in each part are loose.
