For car manufacturers, flashing vehicle software is a big problem. The existing vehicle flashing method generally adopts the VCATS equipment-network cable-OBD-vehicle method. The distance of the flashing is limited by the length of the network cable, and cannot be remotely flashed. After using 5G wireless technology, it can realize unattended flashing in the coverage area of 5G network and flashing in transit, which greatly expands the scope of the flashing area. "The 5G 3D scanning modeling and detection system currently built in cooperation with Zhejiang Mobile can accurately and quickly obtain 3D data on the surface of the object and generate a 3D model through laser scanning technology, and transmit the measured massive data to the cloud in real time through the 5G network. The server quickly processes the comparison, determines whether the solid 3D model is consistent with the original theoretical model, and simultaneously feeds back the results to the factory in real time. The system reduces the detection time from 2 to 3 days to 3 to 5 minutes, on the basis of achieving full product detection A quality information database has also been established to facilitate the analysis and tracing of quality problems in the later period, which not only saves costs but also directly improves the benefits.
