Recently, the international standard project for the safe use of mobile cranes was put forward by Xuzhou Heavy Machinery Co., Ltd. ("Xugong heavy"). In the new work project of the international standardization organization of cranes Committee (ISO/TC96), a number of experts at home and abroad have been studied by experts at home and abroad. A vote was made to succeed.
The project is the first international standard in the field of mobile crane led by China, and it is also the first international standard for product technology to break the monopoly of Europe and the United States. This standard will directly affect product research and development, market sales and user use. It will reduce global hidden dangers of crane operation and improve product safety level.
At present, the 95% revision of international standard system is dominated by developed countries such as Europe and America. The core technical standards, such as the design and safety of crane products, are controlled by the United States and Germany. The proposal of international standard for safety of machine products and the necessity and feasibility of establishing communication standards with the United States, Germany, France, Japan and other national experts through various ways have made the vote of the new standard work successfully passed.
The formulation of the standard will further enhance the discourse power and global market influence of the Chinese crane production enterprises in the international standard field, promote the upgrading and sustainable development of the crane industry, and play an important role for the domestic crane to expand to the international high-end market and realize the dream of the great power of the crane manufacturing.
