In the exchange and interaction of this meeting, 13 enterprise representatives spoke one by one, sharing and exchanging the difficulties and problems faced by the current enterprises in the four phase of the emission products, and put forward the pertinent rationalization proposals. The industry and enterprises have spoken freely, and the diesel engine enterprises and the host enterprises have fully exchanged, and have reached a number of opinions and consensus.  The proposed standards are issued as soon as possible, because the uncertainty of the technical route leads to a series of problems, including planning, design, matching, and supplier determination. For durability certification, it is suggested that durability of diesel engine bench test should be based on deterioration coefficient and reduce durability assessment, which can speed up the implementation process.

The association has also recently carried out a questionnaire survey on the four phase emission regulation of non road mobile machinery. Through organizing the meeting of enterprises in face-to-face exchanges and the written questionnaire survey, the Association understands the actual situation of the enterprise in a comprehensive way and provides the Association for the further report of the industry to the environmental protection department.
