The fourteenth Pakistan international engineering machinery and exhibition of stone, furniture, lighting and hardware tools (Build Asia 2019) will be held at the Karachi Exhibition Center of the first largest city in Pakistan on -17 December 15, 2018, hosted by Pakistan electronic commerce portal Limited (ECOMMERCE-GATEWAY), and authorizes Chinese workers. Cheng Machinery Industry Association (hereinafter referred to as I will) is the general agent in mainland China. The exhibition, held in 2005, has been held every year as the largest trading and display platform for engineering machinery products in Pakistan. The exhibition covers the mining machinery, shovel machinery, concrete machinery, lifting machinery, pavement and compaction machinery, pile machinery, industrial vehicles, pneumatic tools, rock drilling machinery, construction and construction. Machinery, mining machinery and spare parts are among the most influential construction machinery exhibitions in Asia.
The last exhibition (BuildAsia2017) has an exhibition area of 13535 square meters, with an indoor area of 10035 square meters and an outdoor area of 3500 square meters. From China, Japan, Germany, the United States, Iran, the United Kingdom, Turkey, the United Arab Emirates, Italy, Thailand and other 20 countries and regions, 238 exhibitors have shown their latest products and services. During the exhibition, about 48672 visitors from Pakistan and other countries and regions visited the exhibition, an increase of 70% over the previous session. The main exhibitors include Caterpillar (Qingzhou), Hitachi electrician, modern elevator, German BOSCH, and China's Sany, China Federation, Xugong, dragon workers, Fujian iron extension, Xuzhou long hair, Langfang De Ji and other major equipment manufacturers and Pakistan local engineering machinery equipment manufacturers and dealers. He participated in the exhibition and achieved good results.
Pakistan is a developing country with rapid economic growth and is a member of the world trade organization, the organization of the Islamic Conference, the group of 77 countries, the non aligned movement and the Commonwealth of the Commonwealth. Pakistan has a diversified economy, now has a population of 190 million, and is the twenty-fifth largest economy in the world. In recent years, the political situation in Pakistan has remained stable. The focus of the government's work has gradually shifted to the recovery and development of the economy. A comprehensive economic reform and development plan has been formulated, and the investment environment is continuously perfected to attract foreign investment, and the GDP has maintained rapid growth for many years. With the remarkable growth of the economy, the development and construction of real estate and infrastructure are increasing, and the construction market is in the ascendant situation, which has become one of the important internal driving forces to promote economic growth. The Gwadar Port, built by the Chinese side, will be built into a leading port in the next 20 years. The Gwadar region is building free trade zones, airports and other important infrastructure, and will become a regional industrial center.
China and Pakistan have developed well in economic and trade cooperation. Pakistan is China's tenth largest trading partner. China is the largest trading partner in Pakistan, the first major exporting country and the largest importer of Pakistan. With the establishment of the China and the Pakistan Economic Corridor construction policy, a number of major projects, such as industrial parks and free trade zones, have been launched, and cooperation in many fields, such as infrastructure, energy resources, agricultural water conservancy and information and communication, has been carried out. In 2015, China and Pakistan signed more than 50 cooperation agreements, which amounted to US $46 billion. In particular, traffic, energy and infrastructure, which restrict the "bottleneck" of Pakistan's economic development, are also the focus of China's "along the way" initiative, and Chinese enterprises have rich experience in these areas.

The main products are excavators, loaders, cranes, forklifts, concrete machinery and spare parts and so on. The export market still has great potential for development.
At present, with the further strengthened cooperation between China and Pakistan under the "one road" initiative, Build Asia 2018 will be more expected. The number of exhibitors, exhibition area and professional audience will be more than the previous year. At the same time, the exhibition organizers focus on developing the surrounding market, providing more business opportunities and more convenient conditions for the vast number of exhibitors, including airport reception, hotel accommodation, and exhibition hall traffic. I will act as the Chinese agent of the exhibition and organize the relevant enterprises in the industry to form a Chinese pavilion to participate in this exhibition.
